It is Elly Kelly Day on The Folkal Point Show! Every year we feature the music of the composer of our theme song, The Campbellford Reel. Elly passed away May 24 2014. For Monday May 14 the Folkal Point Show will be featuring Steeleye Span, one of the foundational bands of the English folk scene, founded in 1969 and still active, albeit with a variety of new (and old) members. For Monday April 30 our feature artist is Tim Harrison. I just discovered this great talent a year ago on a compilation, and now I have 3 of his albums, so it's time to move him to centre stage on The Folkal Point Show.
