City Kidz is a local organization that focuses on making children’s lives a little brighter and The Windrose Group team was so happy to get involved this year. Have you deferred any payments recently? If you have deferred any payments to any creditors (including mortgage payments) as a relief measure due to the current global pandemic, this is how it may affect you! Payment deferrals are now appearing on Equifax credit reports as Affected by natural or declared disaster for each creditor you deferred with. This should not impact your credit score; however, it does affect the narrative of your credit report. All creditors will now ...be aware that you have accepted a relief measure, and this will be taken into consideration when creditors consider offering your more credit in the future. This isnt the end of your credit! Making sure youre prepared to answer any questions related to the deferral of payments is the first step. Having a snapshot of your financial picture prior to the COVID-19 crisis is highly recommended and will paint a better picture of your true borrowing worthy character. I wanted to feature this awesome investor #houseflip! This is a project of Scott Zandbergen s! SWIPE for the before photo of this beautiful living space! After holding this single family house as a rental for a few years, Scott decided to renovate and flip it after his tenants moved out in order to pull out the equity. The house was outdated and in order to maximize returns, he did a quick cosmetic update. The entire house was brightened with modern and neutral paint col...ours, including painting out all the oak cabinets and stair rails. The existing tile and laminate was replaced with new luxury vinyl plank on the main floor and in the basement for a fresh and consistent look throughout! Additionally, new light fixtures, door hardware and electrical plates were installed. After a deep clean, fresh landscaping and staging, the property was listed and sold in under 2 weeks.
