CLARENVILLE AREA CO-OP/CLARENVILLE LIONS CLUB 50/50 The Clarenville Area Co-op has received some concerns regarding the sale of 50/50 tickets during the Covid Level 5 pandemic. We appreciate the expressions of those concerns and wish everyone to know that we have given this matter careful review. The Administrator of the 50/50 has been in touch with Service Newfoundland and the association supports us with continuing sales. They did offer suggestions which were implemente...d immediately. The Co-op also recognizes that for most of our local communities and patrons; the ongoing support remains strong and the 50/50 proceeds continue to support local Charity’s needs. A couple of recent donations were made to The Discovery Health Care Foundation and The Food Bank. We are continuing to review safety within the store; while doing the best we can to provide a safe environment for both members and staff, collectively. During the stores extensive renovations; we appreciate your continued support and we are very hopeful that the current inconveniences will delight you when you experience shopping here, after completion. The SPCA cupcake sale has been extended due to the bad weather yesterday. Lots of cupcakes and homemade dogs treats still available. While supplies last. Proceeds from sales go to the Clarenville Area SPCA.

Show your support for the local SPCA and spoil yourself with a sweet treat, our annual cupcake sale happens today! Delicious cupcakes made fresh in store and homemade dog treats will be available for purchase at our bakery counter today from 1:00PM - 3:00PM, while supplies last. Proceeds from sales will go to the Clarenville Area SPCA.

Please note that due to the current Covid-19 pandemic, we will no longer be writing on or personalizing cakes from our bakery display cooler. Cakes will continue to be pre-made and available blank or with a generic "Happy Birthday" message, but once sealed we cannot re-open to add names. If you wish to have a cake personalized with a name or a specific message, we can accommodate, but you must phone in and order the cake by no later then 3:00PM the day of.

As per the new regulations, starting Monday August 24th, it will be mandatory to wear a mask when entering, and while shopping at our store. We thank you for your cooperation.
