Stay warm...meditate indoors!

Hello All. The next meeting of the Claresholm Shambhala group will be Monday March 9th at 7:30 pm. Next week I will introduce something kind of new. I don't want to say too much now but basically I'd like to introduce you to the Shambhala notion of contacting the richness of our human experience through meditation.... I feel yesterday's meeting can be summed up in one important capsule: " We don't absolutely have to add a report card onto ourselves. We measure enough of our lives already.
