We are very excited to let you know that we are starting the Pelvic Health Program in our clinic, and so happy to announce that our Physiotherapist Janelle Reyes has completed her pelvic floor physiotherapy course! She is now able to provide pelvic floor physiotherapy to our clients in need!... Pelvic floor physiotherapy is becoming more established in the literature as a first-line of defense against incontinence and pelvic pain. The goal is to improve pelvic floor function through exercises, lifestyle modifications, education and hands on treatment to decrease and eliminate your symptoms.
