In these troubling and trying times, please remain in contact via phone or social media with your community and loved ones. There are a lot of people experiencing incredible loneliness in their isolation. Please reach out and let them know you are thinking of them. This is also a good time to practice our meditative practice of going "within". Meditation doesn't have to be a disciplined practice of sitting in silence with no thought and chanting Om. It can be as simple as tak...ing a few moments every hour or whenever you think of it, to focus on the 'in and out' of your breath, letting your fear go, and focussing on what is around you that you may have appreciation for. We can not be in a state of fear (future) or resentment (past) and in Gratitude (present) at the same. I choose this practice as much as possible and breathe in the acknowledgement of Goodness.
