#ProjectUpdate - The team at Glenora Park has been busy pouring concrete, with the second-largest pour completed last week. With 26 slab pours to go and window wall installation starting later this month, they're set to have a busy winter! . . Once completed, the 23 storey best-in-class seniors residence located in downtown Edmonton will provide 290 suites with care options from seniors' apartments to independent living to assisted living and memory care.

The revitalization of Clark Builders Place (previously known as Webber Center) includes recladding the existing tower to modernize and improve the overall building envelope performance and reduce energy costs. This innovative system has allowed us to install modular unitized panels over the existing precast exterior, including a complete glazing replacement/upgrade, with minimal disruption to tenants. Construction duration was significantly reduced, further minimizing the impact on tenants and the surrounding community. The panels are designed to generate depth and texture variations, creating different patterns as the sun moves across the sky throughout the day. #construction #clarkbuilders #beforeandafter #cladding #edmonton

Employee Spotlight - https://www.clarkbuilders.com//delina-esak-project-assist/ Delina Esak is a Project Assistant that has been with Clark Builders for 14 years! She is known for her incredible organization, cheery demeanour and "get it done" attitude. As a "Jack of All Trades", she is instrumental in the ongoing project and contract administration in our Northern Alberta office. As a high-functioning individual, she focuses on preparing subcontracts, owner contracts, change orders, preparing maintenance manuals for owners and ensuring accurate archiving of files. Delina embodies Clark Builders' core values and lives our purpose by enriching the lives of the people she works with and the communities we help build.

The Robert G. Kuhn Building at @trinitywestern is progressing nicely. Once completed, the four-storey structure will feature exposed natural timber columns and beams along with a steel deck and concrete slabs. The team has completed the foundation, vertical concrete sheer walls and site backfill, with the mass timber structure and structural steel erection on Level 1 West currently in progress.
