Every week we see so many adorable patients. This week was no different. We met Swayze, a 3 month old English Setter for a new puppy check up and got a visit from Whiskey, a 4 month old Bulldog mix for her final set of vaccines. Both pups had a very different reaction to our staff! ... #CalmBoy and #WildGirl

Not to be outdone by all the cute dogs today, we ended our day with Miyu. This little lady gave us so much sass alongside so many headbutts. We truly have the best patients!

We have been seeing Lucy since she was an itty bitty puppy, but 4 years later she’s a big girl now! This goofy lady got us off to a wonderful start today with a ton of kisses! Look at that tail go!

While we have been so blessed with having the most patient and understanding clients ever, we know things this year have been difficult. We do get asked why we are so busy quite often. This video does a wonderful job of explaining how the pandemic has affected your veterinary hospital and your pet’s care. With Mental Health Awareness day this weekend, we think it’s important to remember that everyone is experiencing increased stress, both professionally and personally. ... We are all in this together.

Covid-19 update: As we likely are entering a second wave of Covid-19, we wanted to provide a breakdown of our current daily operations: - our hours will continue to be 9am - 5pm on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Tuesday is 9am - 2pm and we will be closed on Saturday and Sunday... - we will continue to operate with a closed reception area, relying on curbside and telemedicine - Dr Daniele will continue to work occasional shifts - we are unable to take cash but can accept credit card payments over the phone or debit at the door - as we still are experiencing occasional delays in supply delivery, please continue to give us at least a week notice for food orders and medication refills - surgeries are able to be booked depending on availability - in order to prioritize our current clients, we are unable to take on new clients at this time, including pocket pets such as rabbits, rats, guinea pigs etc - when our staff are interacting with you, they will continue to wear face coverings. We encourage all of our clients to wear face coverings if possible and to continue social distancing both with our staff and other clients in the parking lot - if you have been exposed to a positive/possible case of Covid-19 OR are experiencing symptoms yourself, we ask that you do not visit the hospital - we are still working with skeleton staff, so we ask for your patience when you call or visit the hospital We will continue to monitor the situation and change our protocols as required. Stay safe!
