Good Grief Coffee Roasters: It’s a new month and that means a new doughnut feature. Introducing: The Clarksburg Blues Doughnut. The Clarksburg Blues baseball club is a proud and notable part of our community’s history. To this day, former players and coaches alike remain pillars of our community. The valley lost a father and friend suddenly last weekend and this month we pay tribute to him. All sales from the Clarksburg Blues doughnut in the month of February will be donated ...to the Bluewater District School Board on behalf of our friend who was taken too soon. The money will help youth who are pursuing a career in the skilled trades. Our incredible friends @gathergrocery are committed to donating $5 per Clarksburg Blues doughnut sold and we’re accepting other donations in person at Good Grief for the rest of the month. If you are interested in donating directly, the family has asked that cheques (only) be made out to the Bluewater District School Board and handled through the Ferguson Funeral Home in Meaford. It is times like this where our community shines brightest and makes us so proud to call Thornbury home. Thank you for your support and donations!
