Wow, the restorations of Waverley Place are certainly coming along! The renovation work will primarily focus on restoring the flat roof and front porch, with additional repairs being completed from the interior. The restoration work will not alter the layout or décor of the historic house; it will focus on structural improvements ensuring the integrity of the building is maintained. ANSWER: Phonograph Cylinder Record Thank you all for your guesses! This #MonthlyMystery is a Phonograph cylinder produced by Edison Records. These kinds of records were very popular the 1890s -1910s. How does it work? Similar to a disk record, these cylinders have an audio recording engraved on the exterior surface that can be played by needle on a mechanical cylinder phonograph. These records came in cylindrical boxes, we have attached a photo to show you the box for this p...articular record. The name of the song would also be stamped along the rim of the record. Due to the rise of popularity of disk records, cylinder records became a thing of the past, but still are a unique piece of history. --- Hey Facebook Friends! We are back this month with another #MonthlyMystey. Can you guess what this object is? It is black and hollow. It measures around 6 inches in length. And 2 inches in diameter. Let us know what you think it is in the comments below and we will reveal the answer in 24 hours! Good Luck!
