Hello Joe towed me tonight from Great Divide Lodge to Calgary. We were stopped for a long time outside Calgary at an accident so took us many hours to get to Calgary. I just wanted to tell you what a wonderful employee you have! Joe was friendly and professional and kind after a very long and emotional day for me! We managed to chat and laugh to pass the time!... Very very pleased and wanted you to know! Thanks again to Joe!
