Today we replaced some leaking chimney flashing while adding a saddle. No more leak stains on this brick!

Customer had previously had gutter helmets installed that weren’t doing their job. Water was leaking behind the eavestrough. Upon removal of the gutter helmets we found the eavestrough was spaced out from the fascia with a 2x4; you never do know what you’re going to find on an older house. So after installing some eavestrough covers and a custom drip edge the problem is solved! No more leaks.

This forty year old cement tile roof was leaking in several spots. So we came in and removed the tile, strapping and old tar paper. Replaced the copious amounts of rotten plywood we found, then installed Grace ice and water shield on the entire deck, re-strapped the roof and reinstalled the tile. Once the roof was back on we reflashed the walls and chimney as they had been leaking excessively. Good for another forty years!
