Claylay always tries to be inspired by what nature offers. This time we designed our dishes based on the geometry of seashells. The wrinkles on the edges of the plates combined with the ocean-blue finish and khaki highlights near the edges gives an impression and sense of sea shore. The plates are designed in approximately 20 cm by 20 cm and their combination with ochre-color saucers can be used in home decor. Inspired by octopus limbs, the combination of turquoise color randomly distributed dots on the edge of a semi-round glazed clay plate has made an eye-catching combination. The plates come in large (20 cm in 20 cm) and medium (12 cm in 12 cm) sizes. The combination of these two sizes makes a perfect choice for home decor. Droplet saucers are irregular-shape dishes that their design are inspired by the splashed water droplets on the ground. Each dish is handmade using clay and painted with both glossy and non-glossy finish. Since the dishes are handmade, none of two dishes are exactly the same shape which makes them unique. They can be used to hold your jewelry, keys, hair pins, or other small items all around your house. The size of the dishes are roughly 15 cm in 15 cm (5.9 inches in 5.9 inches).
