What a view. I have to take a minute to brag up my team. So thankful for the work we have had and the growers that trust us!! What a year this has been. Most challenging year in my career. To paint a perspective, there are 25-30 people directly working at Clayton air service. Another 15-20 that indirectly support our efforts. ... We serve hundreds of farms across saskatchewan, large and small. It is such a rewarding career to be part of the growing season, and to be a small part of the success of our growers. It has been a challenging journey this year. The weather has not been our friend. But our good customers know we are all fighting the same battle. Our team has fought like hell to get it done for our growers, they have absolutely bust their behind for growers across Saskatchewan and I could not be more proud of the service we have provided!!!!! I dare say, a better team would be hard to find!! From our pilots, to ground staff, maintenance support, cooks, logistics and office staff, our suppliers, our parts support partners, ag retail partners, partner aerial companies, fuel suppliers, our local restaurants, hardware stores, motels, automotive shops, I could not be more proud. EVERYBODY, has brought their A game, I’m confident we played the best game we could with the hand we were dealt. There isn’t a team that could play it better!! Thanks to the growers that treat our team excellent around the province, and the growers that trust us to plan ahead and have us help their operation be a success. We are nearly through another season, safely, successfully. Through the push of the season there are moments of clarity that help us remember why we do what we do..... there is no one moment, or photo to summarize the rewards we feel as we serve Saskatchewan farms.... but here is one photo that helps us remember why we love being part of Saskatchewan agriculture. I wish all the growers out there a safe, and rewarding harvest this year!
