He has clinical experience in the U.S. and in Canada working in private clinics and outpatient orthopaedic settings treating clients for a wide variety of conditions. Pauls treatment approach is to incorporate manual therapy techniques (including joint and soft tissue mobilization), therapeutic exercise, and education in the treatm...ent of his clients. He strives to identify underlying pain causing factors such as muscle imbalance, postural fault, and movement dysfunction and subsequently creates an individualized treatment plan to restore each client to their normal activity and function. Paul treats clients for a wide range of injuries and pain with particular interest in the treatment of neck pain, headaches, shoulder rehab, hip and knee issues, and back problems. He has received post-graduate training in manual therapy through the North American Institute of Orthopaedic Manual Therapy. He has been certified by Acupuncture Canada to perform Acupuncture. He has also taken specialized courses for Myokinesthetic system (MYK), Kinesio Taping, knee pain, and Sahrmanns exercise for the lower back and hip. Outside of the clinic, Paul enjoys staying active by playing hockey, tennis, and skiing.

Carolyn has been a Registered Massage Therapist in Ontario since 2012 and moved to British Columbia in May 2020 to enjoy more of the great outdoors and continue her practise as a Registered Massage Therapist of British Columbia. She primarily focuses on deep tissue, relaxation and pregnancy massage. She also has additional training in Manual Lymphatic Drainage which is especially helpful for relieving sinus pain and pressure as well as preventing lymphedema in patients who have had lymph nodes removed due to cancer.
