Want to highlight a hidden gem in the local restaurant world. Millstone Public House Bedford has such a warm & inviting atmosphere. We have been there a few times for clinic get-togethers with great food and service. Natasha & her mom had the most wonderful waitress last Saturday. Allie not only was the best server, had personality plus and she gave us the best seat in the house. Food was terrific. They are just behind the building @ 50 Gary Martin Dr. (across from BMO centre) when you go so drive around back. We hope you love it as much as we did! #Supportlocal

COVID-19 Protocol Update: Health and wellness is what we do! So, we’ve put protocols in place to keep all of us safe while we navigate the re-opening of our clinic during COVID-19. Please follow these protocols to ensure you have the best and safest experience we can offer! While we try our best to be flexible, we are committed to a safe and healthy workplace. That means we will have increased cleaning measures, and we will make every effort to have as few patients in our cl...inic at one time. Unfortunately, this means that being flexible with appointment times will be harder than usual. So, we ask that you try your best to come to your appointment at the scheduled time. If you arrive late, or if you know you will be late, please give us a call so we can reschedule your appointment for you. In accordance with public health guidelines, we ask that you please maintain a safe distance of 6ft/2m from other patients while in the clinic. You are welcome to come into the clinic once you arrive! Upon entry, we ask that you please wash or sanitize your hands. If you are scheduled for a massage appointment with Michelle, increased hand-washing is important! Please ensure that you wash your hands in the washroom after you are pre-screened, before your appointment starts and after your treatment. When you arrive for your appointment, you will be greeted by reception staff who will ask you a set of questions to screen for signs or symptoms of COVID-19. While waiting for your appointment to begin, you are welcome to stay in the waiting room. Once your practitioner is ready for you, we will direct you to the appropriate treatment room. While it is a requirement for the practitioners, wearing a mask and/or gloves is optional for clients based on each person’s own comfort level. However, we do strongly recommend wearing masks and/or gloves for massage appointments. If you develop any new symptoms or if you are feeling unwell before prior to your appointment, we ask that you please call and reschedule your appointment for a time when you are feeling better. The spa feels so welcoming the minute you walk through the door. The heated massage table is so comfortable. Your treatment will include: Skin consultation, cleansing, toning, exfoliating, steaming, moisturizing and the most amazing head, neck, face, arm and hand massage. The hot stones are so nice on your arms and hands. I have had other facials but nothing has compared to Melissa's. You will love it. Check them out. Take time for yourself.

What a great last day before the holidays. We want to say thank you and Merry Christmas to all of our incredible, generous patients. With your help we were able to donate $1486.80 to Parker Street Food & Furniture Bank and a huge box of food. Wishing all of you a joyous Christmas. xo

Our holiday hours for Dr. Doug, Dr. Sasha, and Michelle: We will be closed from Thursday, December 24th through Monday, December 28th. Dr. Doug will be in the clinic on Tuesday, December 29th from 1:00pm-6:30pm and Wednesday, December 30th from 8:00am-1:00pm. We will then be closed Thursday, December 31st and will re-open at regular hours on Monday, January 4th. Dr. Sasha and Michelle will be on holidays until Monday, January 4th.
