CPVH Clients, In light of recent events in Clayton Park pertaining to COVID-19, we will be returning to a version of our closed door policy - all patient appointments will be returning to telecommunication. This means clients will return to waiting in their cars, while your pet comes inside for the exam and our Doctors will speak with you on the phone regarding their findings and suggestions. Our team will collect your email at time of appointment booking and we will email yo...u a drop off form regarding the appointment the day before. Regarding food and prescription pick ups, We will allow two clients in our reception area on the designated waiting spots, while you tell our client care specialists which products you are picking up - we will take care of the rest! (including product removal from shelves) Masks will still be required, and mandatory sanitizer will be provided at the door!
