BE KIND!! I cannot express enough how important it is to be kind to small business owners... Usually, especially at the beginning of a young business the owners do it ALL! they are the muscle, customer relations, accountant, the one behind social media accounts, quality control, purchaser, creator, problem solver,HR... the list goes on. Our days don’t end when we get home it is a 24/7 commitment. The time invested owning a small business is so much more than I ever knew. As ...this year is ending I have taken some time to reflect over the past couple years especially the past year with the pandemic. I have made mistakes along my journey, there definitely isn’t a guide book to being an entrepreneur that’s for sure. My emotions have gotten the best of me at times. I have even lost some of my favourite clients. Other entrepreneurs can give great advice but I truly feel like you truly won’t get it until you experience the ups and downs. It is what molds you into being a well rounded business owner. At the end of the day we are all doing our best and we are only human! Please just be kind :) See more
