Hello good morning everyone. Unfortunately I am going to have to make a new rule about cancelations. When I put you down in my calendar for a booking I arrange my life in order to come clean your home. I do have 3 children and a busy life outside of work so I would appreciate you guys considering that fact when booking. I do understand sometimes life gets in the way but it has been an ongoing issue now of clients canceling last minute or when I'm even at there home. This is ...just not acceptable. There is now going to be a 25$ cancelation fee for anyone that does not give a 24 hour notice prior to canceling. If this payment is not received in a timely matter then unfortunately I will not be taking you on as a client anymore. I have many people that are wanting me to fit them in and its not far to anyone if I have clients canceling last minute then me wasting my days. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause to anyone. Here is a little introduction of me again. Seems how I have some more new likes on the page. My name is koralee I have been cleaning on my own (with this business for about 7 years now) but as most - started off with other company's and my basic life skills of cleaning - pretty much my entire life. I have major OCD and have to have a clean house if it kills me lol. I have 3 small children and a huge amount of animals so my house is a constant challenge that I keep fighting t...o clean I bring everything I would need to clean your home but I start by asking basic questions... Animals in home? How many rooms - bathrooms? Etc.. I charge 30$/hr for your basic clean (this price includes my travel time and costs of supplies plus labour !! And 40$/hr for any deep clean.. Construction. Move in/ out ... Walls.. Baseboards... Etc. I mostly do in town cleans only (kamloops) But might be able to travel with an extra fee. (Weather permitted) Look forward to hearing from all you new faces
