I found this immensely interesting article. I have always talked out loud to myself. I was pleased to find validation and for my reason in doing so. So folks......go ahead talk out loud it’s good for you!

I follow this feed. Lots of good information. Can be a bit confusing at times as there are highlighted words which will bring you to another relevant page. I am never sure whether I should click it when I see it or finish reading the page. Furthermore, the subject continues on to more and more articles which related and are next steps and information. If you are a parent with young children I strongly urge you to follow this feed. You will not regret it.

How many of you have this as part of your tools? I have a tool box, but they are mostly activities. With the exception that I have created a pictorial Inspiration booklet, when I feel I have nothing to be proud of I take it out go through it . I then am reminded that I was inspired and successful.... Also, I have my positive, encouraging booklet. Here I have many pictures and quotes to help me keep moving forward. I highly recommend the activity. I used large 10x13 booklets, and I decorated the cover.
