from @clearcutshan Ready in 20 minutes with 42g of protein per serving! This is my kind of dinner . Our Turkey & Broccoli stir fry serves 2 people, but can easily be doubled. What you need: ... - 3.5 oz of black rice noodles - 7 oz Turkey Fillet - 1 head of broccoli (diced into florets) - 1 Tbs Olive Oil - 4 TBS Soy Sauce - 2 tsp Sesame Oil - 1 tbs Rice Vinegar - 1 TBS of grated ginger - 2 TBS spring onion chopped handful of coriander... if you wish... Cook rice according to the instructions. In deep pan, head oil and fry your turkey for about 3-4 minutes, add the broccoli, and fry for another 1-2 minutes. Next, pour half a cup of water and 3 tbs of soy sauce, then cook until all the water evaporates and the broccoli is tender (about 10 minutes) In the meantime, mix together the remaining soy sauce, sesame oil, vinegar, grated ginger and mix well. Once turkey and broccoli are ready, add in the cooked noodles and heat it for 2-3 minutes. Take off the heat, pour in the sauce and gently mix. Serve with chopped spring onions and coriander leaves. Today is my (Shannon's) Birthday! And I'm hoping @scaledfroning is going to spoil me with some protein pancakes! Please send him the following recipe and have him report to the bedroom with extra blueberries and syrup! WHAT YOU NEED... 1/4 cup egg whites 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder 1/2 banana mashed almond milk as needed 1/4 cup of frozen or fresh blueberries 1/2 tsp coconut oil WHAT TO DO Whisk together the egg whites & protein powder (while telling the birthday girl how pretty she is!) Stir in mashed banana and add the blueberries. Add a splash of almond milk to thin it (As needed) Heat the coconut oil in the pan over low-medium heat. Pour in the pancake mixture and cook until little bubbles form. About 5 minutes... (just enough time to send me a HBD message! ) Make sure the pancake has set before flipping. Flip the pancake, tell your girlfriend she's amazing then let cook for another 2-3 minutes. We just redid our back room at Clear Cut. We wanted to make it optimal for training during covid. This new rack unit basically splits the room in half. This allows 2-3 people to workout as they normally would while still maintaining physical distance of at least 6 ft apart... ______ It's also great so couples who train together can stare each other down in competition - or encouragement. Super proud of @bushclass lately! She's increased her workout frequency and within a few weeks were already noticing an improvement in strength and the tone of her legs! They look awesome! This is a new lunge variation for her, we're focusing on maintaining constant tension on the legs (mostly quads) so we aren't locking out at the top and no pause at the bottom either. She felt it alot which is what you need to stimulate your muscles effectively!... A few form things to work on and Shay gets better every workout.
