Good Morning, With the restrictions being lifted for veterinary hospitals, as of June 1, 2020 we will begin providing some of our routine services. That being mentioned, we are still concerned for the health of our clients and our team and we are still practicing social distancing. Curbside services will continue for the unforeseeable future. Please have patience. Safety is our priority for patients, clients, and team members. We have changed our scheduling to accommodate t...he influx of pets & clientele and to work with our existing team. With staff shortages there is a limit to what we can do physically and mentally in a day. We are also experiencing a high volume of calls and wait times could be increased. Remember if you or anyone in your home has the COVID-19 virus or been exposed to, or if you have a cough or fever or if you have travelled outside of Canada with the last 14 days please stay home. We will REMAIN OPEN Monday to Friday 8am and 6pm, and CLOSED on Saturday & Sunday. Please note that we will be COSED everyday from 12:30pm -1:30pm, phones will NOT be answered during this time and food and medication pick up will NOT be available. Good Morning! We hope everyone is staying healthy. As we continue to work through this virus, our hours of operation have changed slightly again. Effective today, we will be open from 8am-6pm. All appointments are still urgent and medical only, and are scheduled between 8am -5pm, with food and medication pick up from 3pm-6pm. All appointments are still car side as well as all food and medication pick ups. Stay strong. Stay healthy. Stay kind.

Hey all you cool cats and kittens!! Just a friendly reminder that we will be closed on Monday May 18th for Victoria Day. We will reopen in Tuesday May 19th at 8 a.m. Also, please remember we are open for urgent and medical appointments ONLY between 8 a.m. and 3 p.m. Monday to Friday with the exception of 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. ... We have restricted food/medication pick up to 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. For both appointments and pickups, we ask you to call when you have arrived in your parking spot for curbside service. We experience a high call volume during that time so we ask that you do not leave a message, just keep calling and we will get to you. Stay healthy.

During the current COVID-19 pandemic, strong public measures are being enacted to reduce the spread of this disease. There is a balance between providing veterinary care and being socially responsible. The goal of restricting services is to ensure the safety of clients, pets, our team of technicians and veterinarians. We are open to handle MEDICAL & URGENT care only. Elective surgeries such as spays, neuters and dental cleanings are considered non urgent surgical procedures a...nd will be postponed. Nail trims, heartworm testing & routine vaccinations are also considered non urgent. We will continue to provide car side service for MEDICAL & URGENT CASES ONLY as well as FOOD and PRESCRIPTION pick ups. For the safety of our team, if you have traveled outside of Canada within the past 14 days or if you have been exhibiting any of the symptoms associated with COVID-19 please stay home.
