Some people assume the law firm is going to pay for all the witness fees, flights, hotels, court fees, and expert reports. Also do not count on class action lawsuits. They are very complicated. There was an American company that just shipped a bunch of products to Beijing. All the products were seized. Further, they hired our attorneys in Beijing to help them with the paperwork. Legal coaching is fantastic. If you have limited funds, we highly recommend this over trying it yourself. You might get the agreement signed, but that does not mean it’s okay. Many separation agreements get rejected by the courts. The paralegal or lawyer will coach you on how to do the legal work.
