Covid 19 Province Wide Lockdown Message to our Patients First we want to assure you that our Pharmacy is an Essential Health Care Service and will never close. Our Pharmacists and staff will be there for you during this lockdown. We review our staffing and supplies on a daily basis to make sure we are ready to serve you. Your health & safety are our #1 priority. We will continue our cleaning & disinfecting protocols. We review government recommendations and update our prot...ocols as needed That being said, we need YOUR help: PLEASE be patient with the pharmacy personnel. Please call in your refill prescriptions a few days early so we will have them ready for pick up. We are trying our best to take care of every patient as efficiently as possible. Holiday time is always busier each year, as we do close for Christmas, Boxing Day and New Years. We would ask that only one family member comes in to pick up your prescriptions to limit congestion. We will continue to fill 90 day supplies of your medications. We are in constant contact with our wholesaler and the supply chain is in good shape. We will let you know if anything changes. DO NOT come into the pharmacy if you are sick. Send a family member or friend inside. If necessary call us from your car and we can bring it out to you. Utilize the technology of the DIEM app to order repeat and new prescriptions. Our internet has been down since Tuesday at 130pm. We have contacted Bell several times for an update. Most of the town is down. We cannot adjudicate prescriptions or take visa/debit. We ask if you can pick up your prescriptions later in the week. We will keep you updated. Update. Just spoke to Bell and a construction company has cut their main fibre optic cable south. The best guess is we will be up tonight. Thanks for your patience.

Flu Shot Update We will be having Flu Shot Clinic Days in November ONLY at Callander IDA for our patients from Clements IDA and Callander IDA. They will be by appointment only. As soon as we get more information from the Ministry of Health as to the availability of the vaccine, we will update our FB site with more details. Please check with your Family Health Team and the North Bay Parry Sound Health Unit as they will be offering appointments in mid October. Thanks!

Clements Pharmacy will NOT be doing COVID-19 testing. While we agree that increased testing is important we will not be able to offer this service at our Pharmacy due to: - no physical room in our pharmacy for this program - do not have adequate staffing to run this program safely... - concerns about the health of our staff and current patients Please refer to the MOH site for testing centres in your region. https://cep.health/insights/covid-19/

The North Bay Parry Sound District Health Unit (Health Unit) has released detailed information about mandated use of face coverings, which will take effect Friday, Jul. 24, 2020. Face coverings must be worn in ‘enclosed public spaces’. This means indoor spaces of businesses, organizations, and services accessed by the public, including public transportation. Face coverings should also be worn in other spaces (indoor or outdoor) where physical distancing is challenging or not possible. We ask that our customers to be wearing masks unless there is an exemption for people who cannot wear masks for medical reasons. Thanks
