My favourite place to relax The Halsa Spa is a hidden gem in the heart of Kits. Whether you want to go in for a float, sauna or massage, you are sure to leave calmed and relax I usually go in for their infra red sauna. You have your own sauna with shower for the whole hour, it’s my favourite place to go clear my head... I went in for a 90 min massage with @miss__curious and it was amazing. Once you arrive at function junction in Whistler, take a right, then, before crossing the bridge over cheakamus river, take a left You’ll see two service roads, one to the cheakamus lake to the left and another road to the right. Take the right one and drive until you see the gate (approx 5km) Hike past the gate until you see a sign to Jane lake, approx 45 min after the gate. Once you take the trail to Jane lake, you’ll see it after 30 minutes of hiking. My all time fav to hit the chest Super set either incline bench press (like this video) or dips with incline cable flys Go heavy ish on the incline bench and then LIGHT on the flys.
