On Campus: Western Health and Wellness provides same day crisis counselling and bookable mental health counselling appointments. Call (519) 661-3030 to book an appointment or drop-in to UCC 11. The Wellness Education Centre is open Monday - Friday. Drop in to UCC 76 for information about the supports and resources available both on and off campus. Graduate Peer Support available on Tuesdays and Thursdays, 5pm-7pm, in the Western Interdisciplinary Research Building, Room 1110. USC Peer Support available Monday - Friday, 10am-4pm, in UCC 256. @westernuRezLife offers free counselling services to students who live in a Main Campus Residence.
