During this holiday season like no other, you can make a difference in the lives of Vancouver’s neediest kids. Two generous couples have heard the call to action to ‘Help CLICK Help Kids’ during the pandemic -- and they will match all donations made by December 31 up to $15,000! When the pandemic hit in March, the CLICK team acted quickly to fund programs that are feeding hungry kids and keeping them safe outside school. Since March, CLICK has directed $122,000 to 58 differen...t programs. This means that since CLICK launched in 2004, we have directed $940,000 to 585 programs. Thank you to all the programs that applied for our 2020 fall grants! At our most recent virtual board meeting, we approved $42,800 of funding to 17 local programs, which help support literacy, outdoor education, and meet a wide range of other needs. Since we still have funds remaining from our fall funding cycle and we want to provide more help to the community, particularly for food insecurity, weather preparedness, etc., we have opened applications for another round of fall... grants.
