Livestream available at: http://www.lhsf.ca/cca CLINTAR CAESAR COCKTAIL RECIPE INGREDIENTS Clintar Caesar Cocktail... 2 x Roasted Jalapenos (1 for garnish) Cilantro 4 lime wedges (1 for garnish) 1.5oz vodka Hot sauce Worcestershire Sauce Salt & pepper Celery salt Tomatillos Caesar Mix Garnish Roasted Jalapeno (mentioned above) Lime wedge (mentioned above) Celery Stalk Pickle Spicy Bean Bacon Directions: Crush 4 or 5 tomatillos, getting as much juice from them as you can. Strain out all the pulp and large chunks and set the juice aside. Rub the cut-side of a lime or lime wedge around the outside rim of your favourite Caesar glass. Roll the outside rim of the glass through celery salt (on a plate or in a bowl keeps things clean) and set aside. In a mixing glass, muddle 1 roasted jalapeno, cilantro leaves, 3 lime wedges and a splash of the vodka Fill the Caesar glass with ice and strain the muddled mixture into the glass Add a few dashes of your favourite hot sauce Add a few dashes of Worcestershire Top with your favourite Caesar mix, leaving enough room to add your tomatillo juice Add a dash of salt and pepper Top with the tomatillo juice that you set aside earlier Add all of the garnish to the drink, either directly into the cocktail, on the rim of the glass or on a cocktail pick. This season has been challenging to say the least. There has been so many hurdles we have had to overcome. It can not be easy to come in to a company at a time of such uncertainty. This spring we brought aboard Colby as a coop student. All of our hiring was done pre COVID so there was no glass ball to know what challenges we were going to face. We are so excited to share that Colby has been recognized as employee of the month. He has brought a tremendous work ethnic to our team and a wealth of fresh knowledge from the Fanshawe College Horticulture Technician program. We are proud to have him aboard during the most unconventional spring seasons to date. Congratulations Colby!
