It was a great honor to attend the launch of Friday Block-Lanas's brand new book, "Revitalizing Compassion, How to not lose the joy of helping and caring". I wa...s interviewed for the book and was privileged to provide insights on how one can develop balance and peace, through a new perspective, while engaged with the challenging work of helping others. Burnout is a serious issue amongst our medical care providers and they often don't receive the resources necessary to live optimally. EHS looks forward to supporting those who support the community, and who sustain our essential services and institutions, by providing services and tactics to lead a balanced and whole life.

I was really struggling with my own headspace for a very long time, and Clinton was instrumental in helping me not to fall down the rabbit hole. The sessions th...emselves were unbelievable, but the follow up from Clinton was really what helped me. The emails I would receive with meditation techniques will be forever useful. I would highly recommend this for anyone struggling with anything. Also, as a side note, I tried my meditation while in a sensory deprivation float chamber, and it really opened things up for me. February officially marks Eternal Health Services 4 years running!! This business, this career, this path, has given me everything. It's where I'm meant to be, ...it's my passion, my #1 favourite aspect of my life. Damn. I am grateful. There are times when it's tough, and there are times when everything flows. In my 4 years I've worked with hundreds of people, and I can honestly say I've given it my all. I've never half assed a single session. I've done everything in my power to be of incredible service; and I've been so very rewarded. Everyday I'm working on being the best there is, the best I can be; because doing so is enjoyable.
