Our team is now working on shipping the first batch of preorders from the holiday sale. This group includes preorders within the #CC1600 - #CC3500 range. These will start shipping Monday and continue throughout the week.... Just a reminder that if your order contains any preorders items, that does put it in the preorder grouping. To keep fulfilment fair, we are continuing to process preorders in sequential blocks. ORDER UPDATE Very important, please read! Hello everyone, this is honestly not the update we had anticipated sharing this weekend. Early yesterday we found out that a team member is living with someone who just tested positive for COVID-19. The safety of both our employees and customers is a top priority, so we take this situation very seriously.... We are in the process of discovering the extent of the exposure and are awaiting test results to see if anyone else is positive. In the meantime, we are following the Canadian government’s health and safety protocols in order to keep everyone safe. As a result of these events, our team will no longer be able to complete non-preorders from the holiday sale early this coming week as planned. We have already had to cancel all shifts this past weekend, and the remainder of this upcoming work week will also be affected. As we are still awaiting test results, we won’t be able provide an updated timeline for both preorders and non-preorders until we have these. ORDER UPDATE Very important, please read! We have great news to share! Theteam memberwho was exposed has tested negative for COVID-19. Other team members have tested negative as well. This means that there was no exposure in the workplace. Our workshop has already undergone a full sanitization and we’re happy to say thatthoseof us who have been cleared to safely return are back to work today.... Despite the exposedteam membertesting negative, they are still undergoing a mandatory quarantine in accordance with health and safety guidelines. Here at Clionadh we are committed to the health and safety of our employees and our customers, so we wanted to share a little bit about how we keep our space clean, COVID-19 free and safe for all. Please see the post in our stories for details. We apologize to those whose orders have been delayed because of this. The team member who is in quarantine holds a very pivotal role here. Being that we are a small team, we will continue to feel the effects of their absence until they are able to return. ORDER UPDATE All non-preorders up to #CC3000 have been shipped! The last shipping emails with tracking were sent out today. Our team has already started fulfilling non-preorders from #CC3001 - #CC4000. The first shipment from this range will be dispatched tomorrow. We will be proceeding through the next few blocks of 500 much quicker than the earlier ones, as more orders from these ranges going forward fall into the preorder category. We will have another progress update ...on this current range (#CC3001 - #CC4000) at the end of the week. All non-preorders from the holiday sale are still set to be dispatched by approximately mid-February. Preorders are scheduled to start shipping at the end of February and will finish up in March.
