Hey Airdrie, we thought we'd share a little teaser for a new program coming up in 2021. Registration for Food & Mood will open in January for ages 12-17. Get ready to have some fun in the kitchen and chat about some important topics about one of the most important things we can do for our positive mental health: eat! Made possible with the help and support of the Airdrie Food Bank .

This Christmas will be different, without the face-to-face human connection we're used to. But for some families, that support is even further away. Melina's* family immigrated to Canada recently. They have no family or friends here. Thankfully, CTH is connecting with them to provide the supports they need, especially during the Christmas season. *name changed to protect privacy

There is only one rule at CTH's Holiday Self-Care program: we cannot say the words "Covid", "Covid-19" or "Corona". CTH program, Viewpoints, is creating a safe virtual space for everyone to come together, colour online and talk about mental well-being. Participants will be watching videos about resilience and practicing positive affirmations and breathing techniques. To register, contact [email protected].
