Just a friendly reminder that all forms and money is due for Neufeld Farms...October 8th! Please make sure that your forms have been turned into the school office by Noon on Thursday........or sooner! So far we have only received 2 orders.... Our online Auction is also underway! Log in to check it out and place your bids now for priority parking and Principal for the day! Bidding closes Friday, October 9th at 9pm!

Jen Friesen here, chair of the Parent Fundraising Group at CCS. I just updated the website with all the current fundraising info. I wanted to thank the new parents who came to the meeting last month, and invite anyone else who wants to help out with fundraising to come to our next meeting. We are in an interesting position this year - we are in the middle of a pandemic, so we can't do a lot of our usual social fundraisers. That means we are mostly going online. ... In addition to that, the majority of our members are graduating out next year, and so this is a transition year to transfer our knowledge to a new set of parents who can then take the lead on fundraising at CCS for 2021/2022. The more people we have to help out, the easier that transition will be. So, if you are at all interested in helping with fundraising at CCS, please come to our next meeting on Monday, October 19th at 7:30 pm. We will either have it masked and socially distanced at the Parish Centre, or possibly on Zoom (we'll see how things are going!) Oh, and don't forget the Neufeld Farms order (Due on October 8th) or the online auction (ends on October 9th)!!

Orange Shirt Day.

Don’t forget tomorrow, Sept. 30, is Orange Shirt Day. Students can come to school wearing their uniform pants/skirt and an orange (or yellow or red) shirt to school and take part in learning about the meaning behind Orange Shirt Day.

Shop from the comfort of home and avoid crowded stores, while enjoying these high quality frozen foods! ... Watch your email for the printable order forms as well as details about additional upcoming Fundraisers! Feel free to share any of these attachments on your personal Social Media Accounts or forward them to your Friends & Family! Collect orders from your contacts and submit them to the school as one order. You will be responsible for distributing goods to your 'customers'. A message from The Society of St. Vincent de Paul, of Precious Blood Parish, Cloverdale : Hello everyone! As you may or may not know, The Society of St. Vincent de Paul (aka "The SSVP") has continued to serve the less fortunate in our community, distributing donated food hampers through our weekly Tuesday food and outreach program. This Wednesday Sept. 23rd, CCS students are encouraged to donate non-perishable food items to the SSVP on School Mass day! Our food cupboards have suffered from lack of ongoing donors during this pandemic, and your contributions will be of great help. Thank you for your generosity!
