Start with rep 1 All great workouts start with the first rep, often just getting started is the hardest part. There will be days where you just don’t feel like working out, but the key is to get started and take it from there. If you are totally fatigued and have nothing then consider a longer style, lower intensity workout on a bike or rower, alternatively go home and get a good night’s rest. You won’t feel amazing every day... Start the workout and take it from there Everybody has an off day Pay attention to how you are feeling and once you start the workout you may need to adjust the intensity for the day.
