We get asked over and over again on when it makes sense to come in for an assessment following an injury or onset of pain. As a rule of thumb, we suggest to our clients if pain has not subsided 7 days after the point of initial injury or onset, you should get in to see your health care provider for an assessment. Depending on the severity and nature of injury, this number may be shortened.
