As of Friday April 15, 2016 at 4:00pm Club Spych Health & Fitness will be closing the doors after 10 years of business. I want to thank everyone who has been a part of the Club Spych family over the years. I will miss you all!!!!

As of Wednesday April 13-16 gym hours will be as follows: Monday - Friday 6am- 4pm Closed Saturday & Sunday
