We were fortunate to be able to hold our annual Trentino Club of Toronto Golf Tournament this year on Sunday, September 27, 2020 at the Royal Woodbine Golf club, following Covid 19 guidelines. 52 participants enjoyed a day of golf, and although we were not able to have a dinner at the Club some delicious panini were prepared by Gemma and Edy Angeli, Natalia Prevedel, Carla Gembrini and Rick Tanel. Sandra Cescolini donated the lettuce and Guido Gembrini donated homemade capico...llo and speck. Friday October 26th a big group of Toronto, Welland and Eastern Ontario Trentini participated in the weekend of celebrations for the 90th Anniversary of the Solvay Tirol Club. Friday night was the traditional food of polenta, potato polenta, crauti, salsice, pork roast, beef stew, veal gravy and wonderful desserts.
