#MemberTestimonial! Meet Enoe, and keep reading to learn more about her #ReformerPilates journey with us! Enoe is a very active person, and loves to challenge herself. Aside from Reformer Pilates, Enoe enjoys doing yoga, spin, and strength training. She is active in the studio, and is also an advanced member with us here! Enoe enjoys Mariah’s Control, where she loves learning how to create balance through her core. She also loves our Reformer Flow 2 with Mel or Angelina! ... Enoe came into our studio looking to strengthen her core, work on her balance, increase her strength, as well as improve her form in workouts and her anterior pelvic tilt. Fortunately, she has found just that! Given the nature of her job, she is always sitting, so Pilates has helped her with better dealing with this. Her core feels stronger, as well as her arms! She is definitely noticing more muscle tone and better balance as well. Enoe is looking forward to practicing Pilates more to regain her strength to pop back into Level 2 classes once we reopen, and also continue to learn new things in the practice. She says she highly recommends the Reformer to her friends, and can’t wait to get back in the studio! Hello friends! Today we are putting a #MemberSpotlight on Jill! Keep reading for more details on her Pilates journey with us Jill came into Club Pilates having never done #ReformerPilates (similar to most of our members!). She was wanting to work on her hip alignment, knees, and Achilles ... Jill is a very active individual she’s into lots of sports, does yoga, and has tried a little bit of everything. Time for another Cooking CORE-ner! Who doesn't love a healthy, easy sheet pan dinner? Ingredients: 1 lb. Chicken Breast or Chicken Thighs 1 Head of Cauliflower... 2 Bunches of Broccoli 1 Zuchinni 1 Red or White Onion 1 Large Sweet Potato 2 TBS. Olive Oil 1 tsp. Garlic Powder Salt and pepper to taste Instructions: Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Pat chicken completely dry, make sure they’re about the same even of thickness if you’re using chicken breast. Season with salt and pepper and a little Herbs de Provence or any poultry seasoning blend you have on hand. Arrange on baking sheet so the pieces are not overlapping. Chop up veggies and drizzle with olive oil, salt and pepper! Arrange on baking sheet. If you are limited on oven space and need to use one pan, place chicken on one half of the baking sheet and the veggies on the other side. Bake for 30 to 35 mins.
