Urban Resilience Opportunities for Kids (previously Super Fun Groups) is a free CMHA-VF activity-based program for kids living with mental health challenges. Through play, kids build resilience, learn coping skills and understand how to build mental wellness into their days. Parents have a day of respite so they can take care of their own mental health knowing their kids are being well supervised. On #GivingTuesday donate to support children and youth programs like UROK http://ow.ly/OD8v50CpLjQ #MentalHealth
