Two Local Car Dealers Step Up for CMH ~ Campbellford Memorial Hospital Foundation Vice Chair Martha Hunt accepts two generous gifts from area auto dealers J.J. Stewart Motors Ltd. of Norwood and Campbellford Chrysler. Tom Wallace, General Manager of Campbellford Chrysler (right) and John Stewart, owner of J.J. Stewart Motors (left) each presented $5,000 gifts to the Annual Angels of Care Campaign. The $10,000 will help support the purchase of a new Cardiac Telemetry Monitoring System for the Hospital. The CMH Foundation is honoured to receive these generous gifts that will help so many patients in our surrounding area.

NEWS RELEASE: Trent Hills COVID-19 Assessment Centre: Campbellford Memorial Hospital to Provide Operational Support As of Monday, November 23, 2020 Campbellfor...d Memorial Hospital will be stepping in to provide clerical and operations support to the Trent Hills COVID-19 Assessment Centre. Up to this point support has been provided by the Northumberland County Paramedics and the Trent Hills Family Health Team. The Trent Hills Family Health Team was instrumental in establishing the assessment centre and coordinating processes that included registering patients, sending specimens to the lab, providing follow up instructions and completing daily reporting to the Ministry of Health. We acknowledge and extend our appreciation to our community partner for their hard work and dedication to ensure this vital service has been provided to our community. Campbellford Memorial Hospital is aiming to provide a seamless transition with as few changes as possible to existing services. Update on Services: There are no changes in location, contact number or hours of operation for the Trent Hills Covid-19 Assessment Centre: Tests continue to be by appointment only Appointments continue to be booked by calling (705) 395-1801 Hours of operation remain Monday-Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The assessment centre continues to be located in the old paramedic bay at the Campbellford Memorial Hospital Northumberland County Paramedics continue to provide staffing support to assess and swab patients requiring a COVID-19 test Results will be managed slightly differently. Only individuals with a positive test result will be contacted by phone by a member of our Infection Control Team. For all individuals we ask that you check your results online: http://covid-19.ontario.ca/.
