Whew! It looms like the weather is finally trying to break from the cold and warming up. Looking forward to warmer weather.

Well it is a little beat up but I am sure with a little attention and some good old workmanship we can make it stand out on the block.

Ahh a day of cleaning and dealing with things people should not deal with in life. I think I might have shortened my life span on this new project from the state it was left in.

It took a little bit of time to get done but 557 Rosedale turned out great. Now it is up for sale it is time to search for the next rehab or rental. Might look into commercial.

Ok, we are in the last stages of this property. The basement needs a few final touches and the house should be up on the market next weekend. 557 Rosedale has a new life for a new owner.

Ohh the floors were redone so here is a little peak at the finished product in the dining room. We will have to leave the livingroom floors to be left out for the final reveal of this home. 557 Rosedale has been updated and is coming into the final stages. Stay tuned for the reveal. We have done most of the work to our Rosedale project. We have changed the color to our house and would like to give you a sneak peek of what it looks like today. Well we decided to go to the dark side of the spectrum on this rehab. The other color was just a little to golden as we contnued to paint more of the house with it. We will have some more pictures in the coming days of how the house is progressing. Right now we just need to get rid of the pink. The color is nice but might be a tough sell.

Ahh! Just finished one project and onto another. Now I am looking for a color for the new house. What color do you like for the house. Left or right?

Well we have another one in the books. If you remember the beautiful stairs I shared with you last time here is the updated scene. Plus a few more to show you what is still up for sale. Well after a long period of time we have finally sold one of our longest projects to date. Thank you to everyone that helped along the way.

Well another weekend has come to a close and now looking forward to starting up the week. I think it might be time to start putting out the for sale signs on the north end property.

Well the project is moving along but the shag carpet is still in the house. Maybe next week we will have to get rid of it. It has served it's purpose as a shoe cleaner. Here is a photo of how the project is progressing.

Had a great evening at the MCMunn contractor event. I met some great distributors and found some new and interesting products that I can start using.
