With the postponement of hockey, Flota had the weekend off and decided to not only come home, but throw weights around every day over the weekend. ... Flota was 2x a day in the gym for 2 days of the week and would finish each week with 6 sessions under his belt over the summer. Always showed up with a positive attitude and a motor and we both agreed that he would play AAA hockey this year. Keep grinding Flota and good things will come your way!
