Merry Christmas to each and every one of you. This year some things remain the same, I was in the kitchen for hours and still welcome a glimpse of an angel visitor for the holidays. Some things differ, there won’t be an extended family meal this year (just the three of us) and for some that may mean they’ve already had their last Christmas with a loved one. So be kind and I do encourage you to connect with family, however differently it may need to be. Because you just never know when the last meal/chat/holiday will be together. Stay well, physically and mentally!

Orchard Valley Spa is a beautiful setting and adding mental health to her existing practice is an excellent opportunity to grow together. I know of some great practitioners but do not have them on social media.
