We all struggle with weight! I gained 5 lbs in a week and I found out the reason why! So if the scale goes up, don't you give up. The weight gain at the beginning of a workout or change in your program is the muscles repairing themselves! Keep going!!!

Always start your day with a healthy breakfast! Sometimes when I'm in a rush oatmeal and blueberries are the way to go! With winter being cold carbohydrates are important but so are antioxidants. Our bodies need the extra energy to help stay warm!!!! Treat your body like the Temple it is!
