I must admit since working extra hours at a new office, I've been slacking on the workouts and posting I attended our annual coach celebration over the last few days and we enjoyed all it had to offer: a new city to visit, workouts, mindset development, nutrition, shopping, ceremonies, etc...we had a BLAST!! Yes I know it sounds crazy to think I would travel or waste a vacation for a workout?? however it IS about not only saving my life but being responsible for providing t...he education our community needs to be more knowledgeable about what is in our food and how we treat our bodies. The combination of workouts, training sessions and good energy was just the antidote I needed to get my "sanity" back. This was my therapy from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Earlier this week I had learned of the passing of one of my son's classmate mother. She was around my age with 4 kids under the age of 8 and we spoke on numerous occasions about school, the kids and even health. Found out she died as a result of a sudden heart attack Life is too short, therefore I am proud to celebrate life with so many this weekend

SAVE $$$ with BREAKFAST TO GO IDEAS!!! Preparing these mini omelette cups in advance are very convienient as it saves us money and time in the mornings. In under 10 mins, I simply prepare a few batches and store in the fridge to last 3-5 days. They come in handy particularly after our morning workouts with my shake or as a quick protein snack. I switch up the toppings according to my mood or whatever the rest of the household wants. ... Can be enjoyed with some toast, as an add on to other breakfast, with some hot sauce or simply on its own. Recipe Egg/ egg whites Organic applewood smoked bacon Spinach Green pepper Red pepper Onion Swiss cheese 1) Warm 1 tsp avocado, or coconut oil in skillet. Sear bacon on both sides until golden, set aside 2) Mix 6-9 eggs or egg whites for filling 3) Add toppings ( peppers, onion, cheese, spinach) 4) Bake for 20 mins at 350F ***Allow omelettes to cool before removing them to store away**

Just finished making some homemade chicken stir fry for lunch. The whole family s this dish. I prefer to make this dish from home so I can control the amount of salts and other additives; only adding the veggies the family enjoys My toddler and myself enjoy stir fry over rice and older son and hubby prefer it over rice/eggs noodles... Do you enjoy your stir fry over rice or noodles?
