I am offering something I have never offered before. A free month of custom workouts to try a program and coaching. Absolutely free and no obligation to join after the month of workouts. This is Bronze level Coaching so does not include weekly file analysis or initial testing, but zones can be easily set with an FTP test if you have a power meter or an indoor field test if you just have heart rate. Daylight changes next week, the days are getting shorter and colder. For many this will mean more indoor riding and perhaps some work in the gym. The best way to make sure you get results from your indoor workouts AND make the time go by faster is to train with structure over the fall and winter. All my programs are designed on TrainingPeaks and workouts can be easily loaded onto Zwift. For strength workouts I have been designing endurance specific strength programs for over 20 years. The days are getting shorter and for many even if we don't like it, it will mean doing some indoor bike sessions. When I create a custom workout for my athletes on Training Peaks they can easily load it either to their Garmin or right to Zwift and do a personalized workout designed for them on Zwift. I am almost 100% certain I will be offering a Tuesday and a Thursday indoor class this Fall/Winter. Spots are fairly limited with a maximum of 8 athletes per class including instructors. Classes will start in mid November every Tuesday and Thursday from 5:00 pm to 6:30 pm and go until the week before March break. I will have a price for doing one class or a discounted price for doing both classes. Rental of a fluid trainer is available for a small extra cost. I set up your fluid trainer and wheel block and you just have to bring your bike in and set it up. Message me or post here if you have questions or want to be added to a list of potential athletes.
