What’s a goal you would like to achieve in 6 months?
Let’s talk about the scale for a second or actually lack of. . A scale can be a good tool to see weight loss, however; it is not the only way to see it! . Why am I holding up this random pair of jeans? It’s because I just bought them 4 sizes down from what I was even in the spring of 2020!!! ... . My weight is down but it isn’t what it was when I was 22 and this size. All my home workouts and running has been changing my body even though the scale hasn’t severely moved!!! . All these home workouts that I’m doing are increasing my metabolism, burning fat, increasing my lean muscle mass and allowing my body to continue burning more calories even after my workout is done! . Started Muscle Burns Fat today! A great, challenging 3 week program!!! What is everyone doing to stay active and fit during covid with the gyms closed?
Who else LOVES pasta and when you eat it you can't stop? Well, that's me! . Last night I made my husband and I pasta and instead of eating regular pasta noodles, I used spiralized zucchini noodles for myself! (My husband still had regular noodles) Also, instead of ground beef, I used extra lean ground turkey and loaded the pasta sauce with vegetables!!! . This was a great way to eat TONS of something I love without feeling that huge weight after.... . I am a huge volume eater so this helps me stay on track when it comes to a food I tend to overindulge in! See more
