Today I wan a share some of my go to super #easylunchideas that you can al makes many variations of each of these. Keep things fun . UNWICH: This is bacially a lettuce wrap. You ca use romaine or iceberg. Add any meat/cheese sauce you like. Pickles tomatoes, cucumber, sprouts. So many options. ... PEPPER SANDWICH: I love these crunchy sandwiches . You can add the same things you would add into the unwich, make a pizza version or cream cheese and seasoning. CHAFFLES: Ok guys if you don’t #chaffle your missing out. Simple 1 egg 1/4 cheese onto a waffle maker and you can make them sweet or savoury. Breakfast style. Whatever you like. PIG IM A BLANKET OR PRETZEL DOGS. I make these with a simple fathead dough recipe easy for on the go. Dip in some mustard. Yum . What’s your go to #ketolunch ??

Yessssss. Do you use your weekends to prepare you for your week? Well why the heck not!! You deserve for 2021 to be your happiest and healthiest year. In order to get there here’s some tips. 1: Make a f***ing plan and stick with it. Who wants to keep starting over and over when you could be 10 times further ahead kid you just stayed consistent. ... 2: Meal prep and set your workout schedule. Be realistic about how many workouts you will commit to. Always have healthy meals ready so your meal prepare. For anything. 3: Movement matter. Daily movement is what you need. Hit 10K steps a day. Get in Atleast 3 workouts a week. You can do it!
