I am a wife and mother of three. I found my passion late in life as a fitness instructor and that was the beginning of my journey to optimum health. Since I was 16 years old I have bounced from diet to diet always trying to lose weight, never happy with my body. I have been very successful on many diets but the weight eventually always comes back. It took me until my late 30’s to discover that dieting isn’t going to get me where I want to be in the long term. I needed to ...change my eating habits. Create healthy eating habits. I started learning about what healthy eating means, what that looks like and how great healthy eating can feel, how delicious healthy foods can be. What you put in your body plays a huge roll in how you feel day to day. Your energy, your motivation, your mood it’s all affected by food. Fast forward to 4 years ago and my decision to stay at home with my youngest and not return to work full time. I decided to take on part time work as a fitness instructor and realized I can also help people with their eating habits by becoming a Healthy Eating and Weight loss coach.
