SMOOTHIE TREAT! Berry Mint Smoothie please note: this is only a sample for the Coach J Challenge Meal plan. (The full meal plan for the Coach J Challenge is only available via. email for those who are registered). Makes 1 large smoothie.... 1 cup coconut water 1 cup almond milk 1 cup frozen pineapple 1 cup frozen blueberries 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves 1/2 lemon juice 1 tablespoon coconut oil 4-6 drops stevia Blend all ingredients and pour. *Try it with 2 cups coconut water instead of almond milk, and skip the stevia for a more refreshing and lighter version.
