So often we think things are too big for us or that we can't do something. But that's not true. We have the ability to achieve far more than we give ourselves credit. And we never have to go at it alone. With God, the right friends and knowledge we are unstoppable.

Begin and end every day with gratitude. The day may not have gone the way you want, but rather than focusing on what didn't work, focus on one thing and be grateful for it. When you do this, you shift your focus. And we all know that what we focus on the most is what will follow.

Some time ago I shifted my attitude from trying to be a perfectionist to being one who strives for excellence. I found it freed me up to be more creative and less critical of myself and others.
